Castlepollard Community College values the integral role parents and guardians play in supporting the school with its aim to transform the life chances of all our students. A strong partnership between the parent, child and school is invaluable to ensure a child is given the best possible chance to achieve their potential.

There is an annual parents evening for each year group when parents can see members of staff about their child’s progress. We also host a broad range of information evenings for parents to ensure clarity on expectations and to support everyone with their roles in supporting the students.

The student diary provides important information for parents, and we encourage parents to use it to communicate with the school for messages and notes.

All parents are invited to be part of the Parents Association who play a fundamental role in supporting the work of the school and providing another supportive link between the school and parents.
